I had my car completely checked and serviced by Mike. It was easy to schedule the appointment (he was available right away) and he kept us up to date as he found issues/problems and made sure we agreed on how to proceed. What a difference in the car when we picked it up - so happy with the result ! We would highly recommend Mike for all your car service/repair needs. Fair prices, great service and great communication. We will be going to Mike for all our car needs in the future !

I met the owner a few months back, I had stopped at the Burlingame location in search of the last business, that has since closed. I was greeted warmly and received OnTrack Automotive business card. I required service on my vehicle because of an engine light notification. I called, made an appointment which was truly rewarding. The owner checked my vehicle error code. Informed and I was asked questions about certain time frame of past maintenance. All to say I can't believe how wonderful my experience was, to be totally, and floored by the BEST OF The BEST service I have ever experienced. Thanks so much, Lonnie the third.

Fair and honest mechanic does good work and easy to work with very accommodating. Fair prices and is honest will not try to rip you off or do work that is not needed.
