Thanks to Mike and the excellent service we have been able to maintain two vehicles. We trust the assessment, recommendation and work on problems we have had 100%. We have been using OnTrack for more than 10 years. Would not go anywhere else.

To the untrained eye, of mine seeing only the surface and the the root cause. As my service for Mike at On Track Automotive goes: I called one Saturday, mentioned my reservoir coolant was very, very low. Added water and watched the level over the next days. About this time I received reminders of upcoming oil change. Although, the oil change notice came early, Mike inspected, my coolant and found a upper hose leak. Just want to say my vehicle has a nice paint job, but it useless without a functional engine. Just want to KUDOS to Mike, THANKS SINCERELY

Mike provide great, personalized service. He has been working on my cars for years now and is a trusted advisor on the maintenance of my cars. He provides great advice - offering suggestions of what might need to be done now vs what we should monitor or consider doing in future.

He is fair fast and reliable, and he picks up the phone. I can't say how important having all of these qualities are. He has worked on my car and truck.

My car needed quite a bit of work. It was all explained to me and and the estimated cost was broken down and explained. It ended up being less than estimated. I was given a ride home and when a cab refused to take me back because of the short distance , Mike came and picked me up so I could have my car that evening. I will definitely return when I need service again.
