He spent a lot of time with me trying to find out the best solution in my situation. Thanks to Mike I can save my time and money, that is really important to me now. Brought my car here for years. And they are STILL OPEN FOR BUSINESS. No idea why a recent review claims otherwise- I just spoke with Mike to make an appointment. NOTE NEW LOCATION: On Track has moved and is now at 1101 California Drive, NOT 1129.

I just had my Subaru WRX 30k maintenance done here after calling a few shops for price quotes. When I first called for a quote I was routed straight to Mike. I called back hours later to schedule the appointment and I was routed straight to...Mike again. That sort of accountability stood out to me. On picking up my car Mike remembered that I had said I was going to replace a few air filters myself but that he had mistakenly added those on the original estimate. This came out without prompting him on my end and led to the final invoice being lower than the original estimate. Nice!

I have been a customer at On Track for about a year now and really appreciate all Mike does to keep my car going! From structural work to regular oil changes and car check-ups-I've been really happy with everything they do for me.

Went to On Track for a smog check. Thought the staff was friendly and accommodating. They worked with my urgent needs and I felt they were honest and upfront with me. As a result of the positive experience, On Track has become the first place I'll call for any future vehicle maintenance.
