    • Confirmed customer complaint, both headlamps are different intensities. Both headlamp bulbs both different brands which can causing different intensities. Need to replace one bulb so the brands are the same. Tail light bulb needs to be replaced at this time due to being burnt out. Customer approved to remove and replace the right headlamp. Installed Philips bulb to match other Philips bulb already on vehicle. Verified both headlamps are at the same intensity along with the right side tail lamp functioning properly. After headlights have been turned on for awhile and get hot, intensity changes between both lights (left side is dimmer than the right side). Customer needs to return to inspect the left side ballast for a cause.
    • Confirmed customer complaint, TPMS light is on at time of inspection. Inspect all 4 TPMS sensors with scanner. Found that 1 sensor is out of battery along with 2 others being low on battery. Recommend replacing all 4 TPMS sensors at this time.
    • Customer approved to remove, replace, and program all 4 TPMS sensors. Remove all 4 tires, slightly dismount tire to gain access to TPMS sensor. Remove and replace sensors. Fill tire to specification, torque lug nuts to specification. Use scanner to program all 4 new TPMS sensors. Perform road test, verified TPMS light remains off.
    • Customer approved to remove and replace the left side headlamp ballast. Disconnect top of front fascia to gain access to headlamp and module assemblies. Remove the left side headlamp assembly so ballast can be removed. Remove ballast cover, remove ballast (module) from housing. Upon further inspection, found that cable and socket going from ballast cover to ballast is corroded, need to replace cover and cable at this time. Secure new ballast to headlamp assembly. Installed new bulb at the same time (both bulbs are now new). Secure ballast cable along with cover and cable to headlamp assembly. Re-install headlamp assembly, secure mounting bolts and cables. Re-secure front fascia. Turn on headlights and verify both headlamps remain at same intensity over time.
