    • Confirmed customer complaint, no warm air is being blown. Inspect operation of the blend door actuators. Found that the driver side temperature blend door is not moving when it is activated. Use wire diagram to properly measure input and output voltages, all voltages are normal readings. Used terminal cleaner to clean the connector side and actuator side terminals. Re-secure actuator to connector and perform re-calibration. Actuator is functioning properly at this time, warm air is being blown out of vents when climate control is adjusted.
