- Confirm complaint, inspect and found the climate control system has loos it's memory. Clear faults and performed a relearn / calibration process. Relearn was successful, recheck operation. Heater from vents have returned when the climate control is set to higher temperature readings along with cold air when the temperature is set at the lowest degree.
- Customer approved to mount and balance 4 new tires. Torque lug nuts to specification.
- Perform alignment. Adjust toe settings to specification.
- Customer approved to remove and replace the lower torque strut mount. Remove nut from mounting bolt so torque strut can be removed. Remove the steering rack support bracket bolts. Push steering rack slightly forward and remove electrical connector at the steering rack motor so the torque strut mount bolt can be removed and allow the mount to be removed from it's bracket. Install a new torque strut mount and secure mounting bolt and nut. Re-secure steering rack support bracket bolts and connector.
