  • Customer approved to remove and replace the gravel shield assembly along with the hardware. Remove and replace all gravel shield components, secure new gravel shield with new screws and plastic retainers. Verified new gravel shield is secure.
  • SET TIRE AIR PRESSURES – 32 psi CONDITION AND AGE OF TIRES – Needs tires due to cracking and age (2820) FRONT BRAKES – 85% REAR BRAKES – 50% – 60% BATTERY – Passed load test (8.2V) CHARGING SYSTEM – OK (13.8V) BELTS – Need to replace belt tensioner due to shock leaking fluid HOSES – Radiator hoses are starting to leak (need to replace both) AIR FILTER – Needs to be changed CABIN FILTER – Needs to be changed LIGHTS – OK WIPERS – OK WINDOW OPERATION – Drivers door window regulator is making noise SHOCKS/STRUTS – Rear shocks need to be replaced due to large leak STEERING COMPONENTS – OK UNDER CARRIAGE CONDITION – Gravel shields need to be replaced COOLANT LEAKS PROTECTION – OK ENGINE OIL FLUID CONDITION – OK (100%) TRANSMISSION FLUID CONDITION – OK DRIVETRAIN FLUID CONDITION – N/A CHECK CONDITION OF MOTOR MOUNTS – OK HOOK UP SCANNER, CHECK FOR FAULTS AND LIVE DATA NUMBERS – (see notes for faults) A/C OPERATION – OK ROAD TEST CONDITION – OK
  • Customer approved to remove and replace tensioner assembly. Loosen tension on belt, remove drive belt. Remove and replace tensioner assembly while the gravel shield is removed, torque mounting bolt to specification. Replaced idler pulley at this time due to making noise when spun. Route in drive belt, verify belt is routed properly by cranking engine by hand, tighten new tensioner assembly.
  • Customer approved to remove and replace both rear shock absorbers. Remove rear tires and use jacks to support both rear control arms. Remove lower shock mounting bolt. Remove trunk floor cover to gain access to upper mounting bolts, remove upper mounting bolts. Remove and replace both rear shock absorbers, Torque lower mounting bolts to specification then torque upper mounting bolt assemblies to specification. Re-secure trunk floor cover and trim panels. Verified rear shock absorbers are secure and functioning properly when vehicle is lowered.
  • Customer approved to remove and replace the upper and lower radiator hoses. Remove coolant drain plug, drain coolant from the system. Remove air intake assembly to gain access to removing upper radiator hose. Remove EGR hose to gain access to thermostat housing. Disconnect upper radiator hose from thermostat housing and radiator assembly. Disconnect lower radiator hose from water pump assembly. Install and secure upper and lower radiator hoses with hose clamps. Re-secure EGR hose along with air intake assembly. Fill cooling system with new coolant, start engine, verify vehicle runs at operating temperature with no leaks present, bleed air out of the system.
  • Customer approved to replace engine air filter, clean housing. Customer approved to replace cabin air filter, clean inside of filter housing prior to installing new filter. Secure access plate and glove box assembly.
