- SET TIRE AIR PRESSURES – 32 psi spare: 60 psi FRONT BRAKES – 40% REAR BRAKES – 25% BATTERY – Passed load test (9V) BELTS – OK HOSES – OK AIR FILTER – OK CABIN FILTER – OK LIGHTS – OK WIPERS – Need to replace SHOCKS/STRUTS – OK COOLANT PROTECTION – OK (-50F) TRANSMISSION FLUID CONDITION – OK
- Customer approved to remove and replace the oil filter housing O-rings due to leaks. Remove exhaust bracket so housing can be removed. Remove oil filter housing and clean the O -ring area of oil residue. Install new O-ring gaskets for oil filter housing. Re-secure oil filter housing and torque bolts to specification. Re-install exhaust bracket that was previously removed. Let vehicle run and re-check for leaks at oil filter housing, none found at this time.
- Customer approved to clean the oil filter housing and axle shaft area of oil residue. Replaced oil filter housing gaskets. Customer needs to return to verify axle shaft seal leak along with possible seal replacement at that time.
- Customer approved to remove and replace both front wiper blades. Verified blades fit and operate properly.
